… l’histoire de l’Europe est avant tout une l’histoire d’une réalité partagée mais perçue sous des angles différents, vécues dans des conditions parfois diamétralement opposées. S’il existe des tendances communes, elles ne se traduisent pas de la même manière selon les pays. S’il existe des personnages communs, ils n’ont pas la même image d’un côté à l’autre d’une frontière. L’histoire de l’Europe est un peu comme un diamant à multiples facettes. Chacun voit le même diamant …. mais personne ne voit exactement les mêmes facettes…
