“Time passes and erases… Some people leave deeper traces.” Today, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the disappearance of Franck Biancheri. He was 51 years old and had moved heaven and earth to bring the European Olympus closer to the mortals, convinced that without this the European construction was threatened with serious drifts… We publish here a few lines in his memory written by some of his fellow friends.
