As part of our partnership with AEGEE-Europe, we had the privilege of being invited to the Spring Agora in Bucarest of the European Student Association created by Franck Biancheri in 1985.
On May 10, the President of the AAFB, Marie-Hélène Caillol, was able to present the Europe2040 project initiated by the two associations this year as part of the Franck Biancheri Award (FBAward), before a plenary of nearly 600 young people from all over Europe for the occasion.
On the same day, Marie-Hélène Caillol, Geta Grama and Jordi Lafon (Leap2040) had the opportunity to lead a Europe2040 workshop for one hour and a half.
The exercise that we proposed to the group of students was to reflect on the outline of a “Manifesto Europe2040” to be published jointly at the end of the European election. A draft text is in the process of adoption, which should not be long in coming out.
This meeting has also allowed to discover the beautiful capital of Romania.
