Comprendre le populisme, entre réalités et perceptions, est un premier pas. Mais l’inégalité de destin ne peut justifier de laisser les populations confinées dans leur micro espace local ou familial, abandonnées à la révolte identitaire, anti élites, anti système. L’Europe pourtant se réveille dans la crise et se débloque. La crise sanitaire redéfinit la donne, comment s’adapter et rétablir la confiance pour ranimer le débat démocratique ?
